COOKIES POLICY

  1. This Cookie Policy defines the rules of cookie files processing for the 4help.com service (hereinafter referred to as “Service”), in connection to natural persons-users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) using the Service in accordance with Article 173 of the Telecommunications Law.
  2. The Service does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookies. Pursuant to Article 173(1)(2) of the Telecommunications Law the User has the right to give consent or refuse to give consent to the use of cookies by making appropriate settings in your browser or he/she may leave the website. Your consent may not be implied or provided by any other statement of intent. At the same time, the user should delete cookies from their computer and change their browser settings.
  3. Cookie files constitute IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the end device of the Service User and are intended for use of the Service websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the length of time they are stored on the terminal equipment and a unique number.
  4. The operator of the Website is the entity placing cookie files on the end device of the Service User and gaining access to them: 4 HELP VR SP. Z O.O., with headquarters in Wrocław, at Konduktorska 2A/25 Street, NIP: 8992865611, REGON: 383911578.
  5. Cookies are used for the following purpose:
    a) adjusting the content of the Website to the User’s preferences and optimizing the use of websites; in particular, these files allow to recognize the device of the Website User and to display the website accordingly, adjusted to his/her individual needs;
    b) to create statistics that help to understand how Website Users use the Website, which enables them to improve their structure and content;
    c) maintenance of Service User’s session (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter the login and password on each subpage of the Service.

Two basic types of cookies are used within the Service: “session” (session cookies) and “persistent” (persistent cookies). “Session” cookies are temporary files that are stored in the User’s terminal equipment until the User logs out, leaves the website or turns off the software (web browser). “Persistent” cookies are stored in the User’s final device for the time specified in the parameters of cookies or until they are deleted by the User.
  7. The following types of cookies are used within the Service:
    a) “required’ cookie files, enabling the use of services available within the Service, e.g. authenticating cookie files used for services requiring authentication within the Service;
    b) cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect fraud in the scope of authentication within the Service;
    c) “efficiency” cookie files, enabling collection of information on the manner of using the Website;
    d) “functional” cookie files, enabling the User to “remember” the settings selected by the User and personalize the User interface, e.g. in the selected language or region from which the User comes, font size, appearance of the website, etc.
    e) “advertising” cookies, enabling the provision of advertising content more suited to the Users’ interests.
  8. In many cases, the software used to browse websites (web browser) by default allows cookies to be stored in the User’s terminal device. Users of the Service may change the settings concerning cookies at any time. These settings may be changed, in particular, in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the settings of the Internet browser, or to inform about their every time they are placed in the device of the Service User.   9. The Operator of the Website informs that restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Website.
  10. Cookie files placed in the final device of the Website User and may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the operator of the Website.
